Company Location
We are a fully remote workforce based in Toronto, Canada. Please note, due to the high volume of applicants, only individuals residing in and legally authorized to work in Canada will be considered. All other applicants will be automatically disqualified.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the company’s thought leader on the latest media buying trends and practices.
  • Lead the media buying pod consisting of two campaign managers, a designer, and a copywriter.
  • Be accountable for team performance and all client ad campaigns.
  • Liaise with the accounts team to understand client targets and goals.
  • Clearly communicate client targets to the campaign management team.
  • Devise a system for easy reference of targets and tracking goal attainment.
  • Ensure effective campaign implementation to meet client goals.
  • Support advertising revenue growth for companies with budgets ranging from $10k to $150k monthly.
  • Enhance advertising spend across all funnel stages.
  • Standardize operating procedures for campaign launches and account maintenance.
  • Develop internal processes, checklists, and SOPs to systematize ad-buying methodologies, improving client performance.
  • Integrate the creative team into the media buying process.
  • Identify and communicate account growth opportunities to the strategy team.
  • Develop a consistent reporting format and cadence for the strategy team.
  • Support strategic business direction for the digital marketing department including hiring and training.
  • Work closely with contractors as needed.

Applicants Should Be:
  • Fluent in English, organized, and able to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Possessing 4+ years of experience as a media buyer at a performance marketing agency.
  • 1 year of managing a team of peers and other stakeholders.
  • Verifiable case studies of profitably scaling accounts from $25K in spend to $100K
  • Skilled in funnel-based marketing.
  • A self-learner with a resourceful attitude and a problem-solving approach.
  • Systems-oriented, process-driven, and motivated by organizational impact.
  • Experienced in implementing SOPs across organizations with positive impacts on clients and coworkers.
  • Data-driven, with an aptitude for sales and growing revenue.
  • Skilled in growth hacking and innovative in scaling client revenue.
  • Experienced with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, Active Campaign, HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
  • A team player who’s highly motivated, ambitious, and solutions-oriented.
  • Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and continually improve marketing skills.
  • Capable of teaching digital campaign management and organizing a team to achieve a common goal.
  • Willing to constantly iterate and optimize
